Getting Started

Registration and Login

  1. Create Account: Go to the registration page and create a free account with your email address.
  2. Confirm Email: Confirm your email address via the link in the welcome email.
  3. Login: Use your email address and password to log in.
  4. Complete Profile: Customize your nickname and other settings in your profile.

Vulnerability Search

Basic Search

The vulnerability list offers several ways to search:

  • Text Search: Search by CVE ID, title, or description
  • Filter by CVSS Score: Filter by severity
  • Date Filter: Limit results by publication date
  • Sorting: Sort by score, date, or title

Advanced Filters

Use advanced filters to refine your search:

  • CVSS Version: Filter by CVSS v2.0 or v3.x
  • Severity: CRITICAL, HIGH, MEDIUM, LOW
  • Affected Products: Filter by specific software products
  • CWE ID: By Common Weakness Enumeration

Alert System

Create Alert Lists

  1. Go to the Alerts section.
  2. Click on "Create New Alert List".
  3. Enter a name and a description.
  4. Activate the list for it to work.

Configure Alerts

Within an alert list, you can create multiple alerts:

  • Search Terms: Keywords to search for
  • Product Name: Specific product to monitor
  • CVSS Threshold: Minimum CVSS score for notifications

Receive Notifications

When an alert is triggered, you receive:

  • An email notification with the relevant CVEs
  • The option to receive alerts individually or grouped

Export Functions

PDF Export

You can export individual vulnerabilities as PDF:

  1. Open the detail view of a vulnerability.
  2. Click on the "Export as PDF" button.
  3. The PDF will be downloaded automatically.

The PDF contains all relevant information such as CVSS details, description, affected products, and references.

Subscriptions

Available Plans

  • Free: Basic access, up to 5 queries/day
  • Professional: Advanced features, 25 queries/day
  • Enterprise: Unlimited usage, priority support, API access and custom features

Perform Upgrade

  1. Go to the pricing page.
  2. Choose your desired plan.
  3. Enter your payment details (securely via Stripe).
  4. Your upgrade will be activated immediately.

API Integration

For integrating our API into your own tools, see our API documentation.

The API supports:

  • REST endpoints for vulnerability search, detail, history, news and stats
  • Cursor-based pagination for large result sets
  • OpenAPI 3 schema with interactive Swagger UI
  • Authentication via API tokens

Tips & Best Practices

  • Choose Relevant Search Terms: Too specific terms might miss results, too general ones might trigger too many notifications.
  • Use CVSS Thresholds: Set a minimum CVSS score to receive only critical vulnerabilities.
  • Organize Your Alerts: Create separate alert lists for different environments (Production, Staging, etc.).
  • Regular Review: Regularly review your alerts and deactivate alert lists that are no longer needed.
